1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SharpSideBaseball (the “Service”), including our website, applications, newsletters, data feeds, and any related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SharpSideBaseball provides MLB-focused analytics, projections, sharp-money signals, steam-move alerts, weather and lineup information, handicapper leaderboards, and related commentary. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions, trial offers, and any other paid features are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and functionality on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, charts, code, software, algorithms, models, projections, data compilations, odds aggregations, handicapper ratings, email templates, and visual designs — are the exclusive property of SharpSideBaseball and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our express written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any projections, data, algorithms, images, or other content from the Service;
• Create derivative works, databases, or competing products based on our models, signals, or aggregated odds;
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated means to access, monitor, or extract data from the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, syndicate, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service or its outputs;
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any materials.

Any unauthorized use terminates the limited license granted by these Terms and may violate applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Share account access with third parties or allow others to use your credentials;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or methodology behind our models.

7. Not Betting Advice

SharpSideBaseball is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes betting advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to wager. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any stakes you place. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any projection, signal, or data feed. We are not affiliated with MLB, Kalshi, Polymarket, Robinhood, Coinbase, or any sportsbook.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpSideBaseball and its owners, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SharpSideBaseball and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
